Refund policy

At Desi Ghaba, we ensure that every customer undergoes a stress-free purchase. Therefore, we have formed a friendly policy for our customers. We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. Please read the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return or exchange the product for a different size.

  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return and exchange.
  • The return and exchange window is valid for 2 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
  • We do not have a reverse pick-up facility. The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable.
  • We suggest returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Desi Ghaba will be treated as not returned.
  • Kindly remember to take acknowledgement receipt of the dispatched products from the courier guy, with his signature and mobile number. Desi Ghaba will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
  • While returning the product for exchange, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  • When the desired size of the product is not in stock, we issue a credit note for our customers with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
  • In the case of eligible return, we issue a credit note for our customers which can be used for future purchases from our store.
  • We offer a one-time exchange for eligible items. This means you have the opportunity to exchange an item once after the initial purchase.
If the product is eligible for return or exchange, please mail us at support@desighaba.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Once your email gets acknowledged by us, please send the product back to us by yourself.
